As for the Innovation about the process and developmentof the company. We yndeerstand that the Search, select and implement of the comapany to the Market. In fact, today's world will reallt love to have the modern technology to forecase about the Stock, sales or even the future market.
As i can from the industry is booming, with such as Bejing Olympics 2008 projects and Kaohsiun World games 2009 , retail work and office developments in the pipeline, there’s further growth in store. But the innovation of economy and other factors will also make the market forecast become false.
Last year ended with the construction industry in a buoyant mood and all signs point to further growth in 2007. Therefore, we will still looking forward to see if there is any chances for further innovation and development for the GDP in order to make the country market development better.

Innovation and Online business

In Our Changing World, We can see the effects of this expanding and deepening global network in the rise of China and India is changing fast. What got us here will not carry us across the future that is unfolding within our communities and local governments. We need new ideas and practices; applied research tested for effectiveness and relevance; and a process for getting those innovations into the hands of local government professionals and community leaders.
In fact, I think One of the most rewarding things is online internet. This really make the innovation for the industry and about working in the Internet industry is seeing all the ways improved connectivity improves lives. It's easy to look at high-tech innovation as something that changes consumer behavior, but the technologies that really take off often succeed because the old model just isn't working well anymore.
Therefore, i think the future will reply on how we want the innovation and get the business aqnd profits that we want such as in todays' market.

Organizational Learning

Organizational learning is always the requirement for companies. In fact, the The notion of Organizational Learning has become very prominent in the near past. Managers sucvh as in our company see Organizational Learning as a powerful tool to improve the performance of an organization. Thus, it is not only the scholars of organization studies who are interested in the phenomenon of Organizational Learning but also the practitioners who have to deal with the subject of Organizational Learning.
The changes that have been made in reaction to changed environmental conditions and
proactive learning such as organizational changes that have been made on a more willful basis. That is why the environment will affect our attitidue and performance on the job.
In general, it is assumed that the lower degree of organizational change,the lower of the work performace. Therefore, I will say that by diiferent on-line course and other tool would really help the Organizational Learning and performance.

High Tech Innovation 5/14

As for the session on the course, I do see the chnge on the Innovation. Especially for the Enron case. In fact, by the change of the technology, we can see that the world is keeping change. From the Enron case, we understand that the people which is more anxious about pursuing the money and i think that is the main reason why the business becomes worse.
Regarding to the radical and integration abbout today's technology; We think the strtegy that the company use should be depend on what we have and what we want. In fact, the business will become mess in the future on.
In fact, i as what i say innovation will be a series of change and making mistakes.
And hoping we will learn the experience from what we have now.

Physical & Technology Innovation 5.08

For todsay's class, we are talking about the issues for the Physical and modern technology change for environment. In fact, there are some major issues which is focus on the society chane. We can make the analysis of the relationship between innovation and the dynamics and evolution of industries has witnessed major progress in several areas.
Actually from today's discussion, I got also got some ideas about research. The main idea is that in order to have a better and deeper view of Physical and modern technology relationship, the research can has to progress on two fronts: the analysis of demand in terms of competent consumers and innovative users, the examination of the role of knowledge in terms of the knowledge base of industries.
Just as we discuss on todays's issue, Technology will always come from the Human nature and with the continue innovation.

Alliance and Acquisition on class 4.29

As from the class on 29, April. We are discussing the alliance and what will be the best for the company. From the past history of Taiwan banking business, we are running those time for merge and alliance. In fact, we don't know if the merge is good for the company or not, It will got a lots of factor which will influence the merge such as the Technology, knowledge, finance and the Culture problem.
Such as the Taipei-fubon bank in Taiwan, they merge on H.K bank around 5 years ago, and then they also nerge the China Ximan bank which they try to extend the market to China. In fact, this strategy do help the bank to establish their territory easily to China.
Therefore, as we should know that this kind of alliance and merge is always exist in Taiwan and all the around the world. And I think there are different also discuss this kinf of problem as this is the Hot issue in Taiwan about 5 years ago. But i think there are still got some issues that we can discuss such we can organize those factors together and assume those companies is under the good or bad finance situation to do some proposal.

After Presentation

As for the class on 4/22; We got the presenation for Analysis on the 1.agency theory; 2. E-commerce for HR and 3.our Data warehousing.
In fact, from the previous 2 parts, I am more interested on the E-recruitment. AS i think this group's ideas can be used on recruiting the employees ( Espeacially for the executives). But, I am thinking if this can be add more issues or key words on the discussion on the KM.
I am thinking if I can add the ERP, KM, E-recruitment and Data warehouse all together to build the model for the future research. Because I am thinking if we can use our knowledge and put them on data warehouse. And then we can transform all the data information to be integrated together and to be the useful information and come out with the ERP system. This might be a way to build a model for the research.
But, I will looking forward next group's presentation in orderto have more ideas with the research.
