Organizational learning is always the requirement for companies. In fact, the The notion of Organizational Learning has become very prominent in the near past. Managers sucvh as in our company see Organizational Learning as a powerful tool to improve the performance of an organization. Thus, it is not only the scholars of organization studies who are interested in the phenomenon of Organizational Learning but also the practitioners who have to deal with the subject of Organizational Learning.
The changes that have been made in reaction to changed environmental conditions and
proactive learning such as organizational changes that have been made on a more willful basis. That is why the environment will affect our attitidue and performance on the job.
In general, it is assumed that the lower degree of organizational change,the lower of the work performace. Therefore, I will say that by diiferent on-line course and other tool would really help the Organizational Learning and performance.
