Alliance and Acquisition on class 4.29

As from the class on 29, April. We are discussing the alliance and what will be the best for the company. From the past history of Taiwan banking business, we are running those time for merge and alliance. In fact, we don't know if the merge is good for the company or not, It will got a lots of factor which will influence the merge such as the Technology, knowledge, finance and the Culture problem.
Such as the Taipei-fubon bank in Taiwan, they merge on H.K bank around 5 years ago, and then they also nerge the China Ximan bank which they try to extend the market to China. In fact, this strategy do help the bank to establish their territory easily to China.
Therefore, as we should know that this kind of alliance and merge is always exist in Taiwan and all the around the world. And I think there are different also discuss this kinf of problem as this is the Hot issue in Taiwan about 5 years ago. But i think there are still got some issues that we can discuss such we can organize those factors together and assume those companies is under the good or bad finance situation to do some proposal.

After Presentation

As for the class on 4/22; We got the presenation for Analysis on the 1.agency theory; 2. E-commerce for HR and 3.our Data warehousing.
In fact, from the previous 2 parts, I am more interested on the E-recruitment. AS i think this group's ideas can be used on recruiting the employees ( Espeacially for the executives). But, I am thinking if this can be add more issues or key words on the discussion on the KM.
I am thinking if I can add the ERP, KM, E-recruitment and Data warehouse all together to build the model for the future research. Because I am thinking if we can use our knowledge and put them on data warehouse. And then we can transform all the data information to be integrated together and to be the useful information and come out with the ERP system. This might be a way to build a model for the research.
But, I will looking forward next group's presentation in orderto have more ideas with the research.

Obtaining Technology: Implementaion

From this session, It majorlt talking about the three questions before we begin the implementation process. 1. What should we be doing now? 2.What arfe the requirement for key activities? 3. What and whom to delegate?
For this week, what i learn and see is the importance of the blend structure and clutures, leadership, speed and to integrate policies and procedure. In fact, It also mention about the alignment and execution.
In fact, for all above issues; They can apply on my works and the business that we mention from the textbook. As the company i am working is the service industry; Therefore, we will need the innovation and new technology to improve our skills. And that is the reason why we always pursue the new ways to speed up the service and make the intergration for all the working process by the new technology such as PDA.
I hope there will have more innovation to implement the works and company for our company and life.

From idea to implementation, the Technology Marketing Management tbusiness development experience in high-tech and industrial markets. As for my work now, I am working for the Crown and Fancy coffee chain store. I do understanding how is the best benefit for Franchising and the licensing differences.
we are using the best new technoogy such as POS system to know how our business going.
And the objective that we are pursuing now is to open more shop in order to make more profits. And in the future on, we will also want to get the licening fee for those people which want to join us. But for now, we will only run our 17 shop directly.
In fact, from the class discussion; By the innovation of technology and the market change, we hope we hope we can have more power to develop the market with the best technology management.

Innovation and Technology

Being in class for several weeks, there are some thought that i get from this class.
I can understand the Primary objective is to know the process and the role of technology and the adoption of innovation. It is more important than ever before for business development sustainable and high performance innovation system. I think the emerging technlogies have rxtraordinary potential for enhancing business competitiveness, busimess performance and innovation.
I have more understnding on the process of adoption and diffusion of innovation is curcfial for business today, Manager must understnd the interplay between market pull and technology push.
I think this would give more help on my company's business innovation on business decision.
