As for my work now, I am working for the Crown and Fancy coffee chain store. I do understanding how is the best benefit for Franchising and the licensing differences.
we are using the best new technoogy such as POS system to know how our business going.
And the objective that we are pursuing now is to open more shop in order to make more profits. And in the future on, we will also want to get the licening fee for those people which want to join us. But for now, we will only run our 17 shop directly.
